The four practical steps of PCM

1. Be mindful

Becoming aware of one's own personality

Die individuelle Kombination der sechs Persönlichkeitstypen, ihre Vorlieben und Charakteristika zu entdecken, hilft uns in unserer Mitte zu bleiben, Stress zu bewältigen und gut für uns selbst zu sorgen.

2. Recognition

What do other people do, what do they say, and how do they show it in their body language?

By observing the behavior of others, we gain clues about their preferences. This helps us determine the best way to approach them in order to establish contact.

3. Understanding

Adapt the communication

Based on our observations, we can adjust our communication and energy accordingly. We understand what we can do and say—and how we can present ourselves—to establish a genuine connection with the other person that works for both parties.

4. Use

Strengthen relationships

Through positive interactions at work—in meetings, video calls, presentations, and coffee breaks—as well as in our personal lives, we can contribute to lasting, good relationships every day.
